Gordon County Civil Court Records

Birth and Death Records
The Probate Court serves as the local custodian of vital records for Gordon County. Certified copies of birth and death certificates cost $25.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy of the same record ordered at the same time. These records are not public; eligibility to request copies is limited to the person named on the certificate, immediate family members, legal guardians, and authorized representatives, as defined by O.C.G.A. § 31-10-26.
